Download a pre-enrolment form. When completed please post it to the Pre-Enrolment Officer (address is on the form).
Please also download a copy of the Enrolment Policy for your reference.
Please include an email address, if you have one, so that we can easily keep you informed on the status of the proposed school.
Please also complete our Skills Questionnaire to let us know if you have any specialist skills that are useful in the campaign to establish a school.
Upon receipt of the completed form the Pre-Enrolment Officer will give the form a unique, sequential pre-enrolment form. The parent/guardian will be notified of this number via email. This notification will be within a few days of receipt of the form.
A child must be 4 years old on or before the 31st August of the year they are enrolled.
