Educate Together, the school’s patron, have recently appointed Fergal Collins as the school principal. Fergal is certainly no stranger to Blanchardstown as he has taught in the area since 1989. Following a number of years teaching in St.Francis Xavier’s Senior School in Roselawn, he has been the deputy principal in Tyrrelstown Educate Together since it opened in 2005.
Fergal is really enthusiastic about leading the new Educate Together learning community in Blanchardstown West and especially hopes “to inculcate a strong sense of active and responsible citizenship in pupils, parents and staff alike.”
An information meeting about the school is taking place on Tuesday June 21st @ 7pm, in Castaheany Educate Together NS.
